These Terms and Conditions govern applications for and participation in the Soloist Performance Program with Orchestra programmes organised by ICM Concert Agency.

By submitting an application and, following successful selection, confirming participation and making the required payment, the Participant accepts these Terms and Conditions.

1. Organiser

The Organiser provides the administrative framework but does not determine the artistic decision of the jury.

Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

An applicant who has successfully passed the selection and confirmed participation is referred to as the Participant or Soloist.
