Repertoire

This opportunity is open to soloists performing concert repertoire with orchestra, including piano, violin, viola, cello, double bass, flute, oboe, clarinet, bassoon, trumpet, horn, trombone, and other classical orchestral instruments.

Soloists may choose either one movement or a complete concerto.

One-Movement Option

Coaching with the Conductor and Piano: 30 minutes
Two rehearsals with the orchestra: approximately 30 minutes in total, with 10–17 minutes of rehearsal time per day
Dress rehearsal: 10–17 minutes
Public concert performance: 10–17 minutes

Total playing time with the orchestra: approximately 60 minutes

Complete-Concerto Option

Coaching with the Conductor and Piano: 60 minutes
Two rehearsals with the orchestra: approximately 80 minutes in total, with 35–45 minutes of rehearsal time per day
Dress rehearsal: 30–35 minutes
Public concert performance: approximately 30–35 minutes

Total playing time with the orchestra: approximately 145 minutes
